Georgia Hunt of Burton, W.Va and her Family

In 1960, while her husband Warren was on duty as a naval chaplain in The Netherlands, Margaret borrowed Gustave's home movie camera and recorded what would be her last visit to her mother, Georgia Hunt of Burton, West Virginia. Margaret brought along her two boys Robert (yours truly) and baby Daniel. It was Autumn, and I can remember playing in the leaves with my cousins as depicted below. Georgia died in 1961 and is buried in the cemetary of Burton's New Harmony Baptist Church

Margaret: "Say something, Mother..."

Georgia: "Well, here's a pine tree...."

Georgia: "Oh pshaw, I don't know what to say..."
This was only the second time she had ever been in anybody's home movie.
